Anybody has the right to speak any language on the job, as long as it not interfare with the job.
It look that some people are narrow minded, look at the world, look at the advance nation, in Urope people speak more than five languages, you one your children to speak only english, is ridiculos, you'll stay behind.
I bet you have this issued because those people don't have good lawyer to represent then, because you don't have a case, it sound racist and injustive to me. Those people are used to speak their language and to forces them do otherwise will create unhappy employee.
I pray to God that whoever is against this people be unsocessful.

Can you read English? This is America English has been our native language scene the founding of America. I am also Native American Cherokee. I would have no problem in a work place if you spoke any kind of language. As long as you can read the American language. Reason is for safty. If is say do not enter or it says danger and you go in, you may get hurt. And one thing as long as your a legual American. I have worked at chicken factories where Vietnamese worked, they spoke both english and there native language, I had no problem with it. They went to school and learned English, took American history just like everyone else has and got there green card.
