IF the GOP wins the election(s) Takes the POTUS, takes the senate. In addition to the *NEW* ten commandments, there will also be a new version of the Pledge of Allegiance! It will read as follows:
“I Pledge allegiance to the United States of America. And to the Corporations, for which it stands, One nation Under Grover Norquist, With Liberty and justice for only those that can afford it”

And let’s not forget Republican Jesus(tm)new Beatitudes–

Blessed are the warmakers, for they shall be called the Children of the Military-Industrial Complex, and they shall become rich.

Blessed are the Poor, for they shall be servants to the Rich forever and ever, world without end.

Blessed are they that mourn, for they prove the ascendency of the Military-Industrial Complex, that it is powerful.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after wealth, for they shall believe anything the rich do tell them.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall fertilize the Earth for the wealthy.

Blessed are the powerful, for they deserve their positions, and owe nothing to the meek, the hungry, and they who mourn.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after power, and nothing that they do shall be held against them.

Blessed are the pure in Power, for they shall be the voices of the Military-Industrial Complex, and they shall see It.

Blessed are they which persecute others for self-righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of the Military-Industrial Complex.

Amen.

I believe Fry Queen should take her cause to a more appropriate topic.

I believe no one should be allowed to eat more than 10 lbs of potatoes or 2 chickens a day. By doing this we will save those who gorge daily putting their health at risk. Let alone the stains on their clothes.

War For Oil is the poster child for this deadly but common behavior. Please help me in supporting this movement.

Comments are welcome.

For states that have decided to be proactive and work for the wellbeing of all their citizens and small businesses, the Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, is being implemented successfully. There will be bumps but it will be successful where politicians start supporting it as opposed to putting obstacles in its way to attempt to cause it to fail for ideological reasons.
A few weeks ago it was reported that California premiums under Obamacare would be lower than predicted. In Oregon after rates were posted insurance companies in the exchange requested or said there would be decreases in their own rates.
Today the New York Times is reporting that Health Plan costs for individuals in New York are decreasing by 50%. It is true that those that are getting employer base health insurance likely will see little change. For the entrepreneur, the stylist, the musician, the sandwich shop owner, this is a financial saving and likely lifesaving. Remember with Obamacare, health screenings are a part of every plan.
This is big for several reasons. For decades innovative individuals were chained to their corporate masters because leaving those chains meant that they likely could not get insurance because of pre-existing conditions or because basic individual insurance plans were simply unaffordable. It is clear that putting the individual on a similar playing field with corporations frees those who want to innovate or go into business for themselves. Obamacare has given them that opportunity, that access to seek success. That is the fear of every Corporation against this program. They will no longer have a monopoly on the innovative ideas of its employees and will either have to pay for their real worth or lose them.
Obamacare is not a panacea. Obamacare is a good start. It is true that health insurance companies in the short-term will benefit from all the taxpayer provided government subsidies afforded to those who must buy health insurance from these private insurance companies (a wealth transfer from the many to the few). However, in a system where every politician is bought and owned my moneyed interests, Obamacare was a middle class coup.
Americans must still ultimately fight for a single payer system,‘Medicare for all’. This ensures that every able-bodied American pay taxes for healthcare and every American is entitled to good healthcare in the country that claims it has the best health care. Only a single payer system can mitigate the fraud that is our health insurance system. It is the only moral and economically smart solution for the country.
Do you not know health screening are ready in place when people have health insurance. It has been in place for some time now.
Now when you talk about the cost of health insurance going down because of the Affordable Act Care, Obamacare are you talking about the Platinum Plan, the Gold Plan, the Silver Plan or the lowest plan the Bronze plan.
Medicare for all. Part A has a deductible for the first 3 months being hospitalized of $1165.00 and then another deductible if you re-enter the hospital and Part B has a deductible of $145.00. Medicare pays after deductible are met 80% of the approved amount of the bill and the patient is responsible for the 20%. A person can buy a medicare supplement to pay for the 20% after the supplement deductible is met. So is this what your wish is when you say 'Medicare for All'?

The deductibles I posted about for medicare are a yearly thing. Part A [Hospital] deductible is $1165.00 for the first 3 months and if you re-enter the hospital again after 2 months is up and you are still in the year there will another deductible. Like you enter the hospital in 2013 and the first 3 months you pay a deductible 0f $1165.00. So if in this year after the first 3 months you re-enter the hospital you pay another deductible. Part B is a one time deductible of $145.00 for a year. If you are not on Medicare's Advantage Plan which is like a HMO policy you also have to buy a drug insurance policy.

In a stunning development, Deputy Director of the NSA, John Inglis, along with Assistant Attorney General, James Cole, have fled the United States after their participation in a contentious congressional meeting on Capitol Hill.

In that meeting, both Inglis and Cole revealed that the depth of NSA spying far surpassed anything that whistleblower Edward Snowden has made public to date. The unauthorized leaks to Congress by Inglis and Cole, which exposed more about NSA spying than anything Snowden has revealed, shook congressional leaders to their core.

The National Security Agency revealed to an angry congressional panel on Wednesday that its analysis of phone records and online behavior goes exponentially beyond what it had previously disclosed.
[...]

John C Inglis, the deputy director of the surveillance agency, told a member of the House judiciary committee that NSA analysts can perform "a second or third hop query" through its collections of telephone data and internet records in order to find connections to terrorist organizations.

"Hops" refers to a technical term indicating connections between people. A three-hop query means that the NSA can look at data not only from a suspected terrorist, but from everyone that suspect communicated with, and then from everyone those people communicated with, and then from everyone all of those people communicated with.

The Obama administration, blindsided by the leaks, immediately announced that the two would be charged under The Espionage Act, and declared them enemies of the state.
Eric Holder, in a hastily convened press conference, admitted that the two had fled the United States on private jets immediately after the hearing, and that their whereabouts where unknown. He was, however, confident that the U.S. would bring them to justice.

“The national security of the United States has been damaged by those leaks. The safety of the American people and safety of people in allied nations is at risk."
[...]

“I am confident that the people who are responsible will be held accountable.”

Rumors are that the two senior intelligence officials have fled to Venezuela, where like Snowden, it is anticipated they will seek asylum. However, much speculation is swirling at this stage regarding their location and fate.

Packing Heat was seated next to DoesntMatter on a flight to Texas. After the
plane took off, DoesntMatter asked for a whiskey and soda, which was brought and
placed before him.

The flight attendant then asked Packing Heat if he would like a drink.

Appalled,

Packing Heat replied, "I'd rather be tied up and taken advantage of by women of
ill-repute, than let liquor touch my lips."

DoesntMatter then handed his drink back to the attendant and said, "Me too, I
didn't know we had a choice."

You got that right! Obama was so pride of claiming T. Martin as a son which had been suspended from school 3 times and the last time was for pot. Which he was on that suspension the nite of the shooting. It was said he had pot in his blood systems the nite of the shooting. His Mother had sent him to his Dads for the duration of his suspension. So yes you are right If Obama had a city it would look just like Detroit.

On Thursday July 11, 2013, Congress is beginning impeachment proceedings against Barack Obama.
Members of Congress are reportedly beginning impeachment against Barack Obama based on the grounds of lying about Benghazi, the IRS scandal and attacking the press. unauthorized use of the military in Libya and Syria. Congress is also looking into his involvement the unauthorized use of the military in Libya and Syria and the Fast and Furious scandal.

According to Congressional representatives Barack Obama has violated the Constitution by violating the 1st Amendment, the 4th Amendment and the 10th Amendment (and may have violated more). The Congressmen said that the President took an oath to uphold the Constitution and he is bound to do so.

With regard to Libya and Syria: the rules that clearly state that the President must seek Congressional approval before using military force. Now he says it was OK because he had international support.”But how does that make it okay? They aren’t our Congress. They don’t determine what is right or wrong for us,” said a prominent Republican Congressman.

Sources close to aides in Congress say the Constitution clearly states “any use of military force by Obama without explicit consent and authorization of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, Section 4.”
Republicans are pushing a resolution through Congress, which has been highly underreported by mainstream media, to look into further actions to be taken against the President. Since it explicitly states in the Constitution that the President must ask permission from Congress to use military forces in another country, sources say there is clear cause for impeachment.

While an impeachment can be a strain on our country and may not be necessary in an election year – Republicans are still moving ahead with it.
“The days of Czars and Executive orders in order to sidestep Congress should end and if it takes an impeachment to do that, well… it is something I and many other Americans would support,” said another prominent Republican Congressman.
“We have a President who believes our Constitution is just a ‘historical document’ that is not fit to determine how our country is run anymore,” said the Congressman.

Democrats, obviously, are opposing the impeachment effort but sources close to Republican leaders say that they are “moving full speed ahead.”
Stay tuned… it’s going to be a wild summer 2013.

You are so stupid. There hasn't been a declared war since
WWII. You'd have to impeach the last 12 Presidents under
your criteria. Let's dig them up and persecute them all !!

Republicans are obsessed with rape. It is perhaps the one issue that caused the GOP to implode during the 2012 Election. The foot-in-mouth disease carried by the party has revealed much about the current beliefs of conservatives and it has spread like a plague in just the last year or two, and as Republicans have continued to attack rape victims, they have united women like never before against their extreme anti-abortion agenda.

In just the last six months alone, Republicans have forced draconian anti-abortion legislation into law in Kansas, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Arkansas even after they acknowledged that they needed to do more to attract women voters. Well, apparently Republicans don’t care about what women think because they have done nothing but double down on the war on women they have been viciously waging since 2010, when Tea Party Republicans took control of state legislatures and governorships in states across the nation. Today’s Republican is required to oppose abortion exceptions for rape victims in order to avoid a primary challenge from someone further to the right. And because of that, Republicans have been saying some really stupid things about rape and rape victims. Here is a comprehensive list of 40 quotes uttered by Republicans about rape that women should keep in mind the next time they go into the voting booth in 2014.

The party of Rape Culture:

1.“Rape is terrible. Rape is awful. Is it made any better by killing an innocent child? Does it solve the problem for the woman that’s been raped? We need to protect innocent life. Period.”
-Kansas Governor Sam Brownback, declaring that raped women must be additionally forced to carry and give birth to their rapist’s baby against their will in front of an all male crowd at the National Catholic Men’s Conference, June 2007.

2.“Nobody plans to have an accident in a car accident, nobody plans to have their homes flooded. You have to buy extra insurance for those two.”
-Barbara Listing, leader of Right To Life, comparing rape to a car accident, May 2013.
