The people that fought for Obamacare and his lined Obama's pockets are now not liking it and said it's bad for jobs. Who knew??? Oh yeah, the rest of us did.
The leaders of three major U.S. unions, including the highly influential Teamsters, have sent a scathing open letter to Democratic leaders in Congress, warning that unless changes are made, President Obama’s health care reform plan will “destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class.”
If that’s not bad enough, the Affordable Care Act, if not modified, will “destroy the very health and wellbeing of our members along with millions of other hardworking Americans,” the letter says.
The full letter, below:
Dear Leader Reid and Leader Pelosi:
When you and the President sought our support for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), you pledged that if we liked the health plans we have now, we could keep them. Sadly, that promise is under threat. Right now, unless you and the Obama Administration enact an equitable fix, the ACA will shatter not only our hard-earned health benefits, but destroy the foundation of the 40 hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class.
Like millions of other Americans, our members are front-line workers in the American economy. We have been strong supporters of the notion that all Americans should have access to quality, affordable health care. We have also been strong supporters of you. In campaign after campaign we have put boots on the ground, gone door-to-door to get out the vote, run phone banks and raised money to secure this vision.
Now this vision has come back to haunt us.
Since the ACA was enacted, we have been bringing our deep concerns to the Administration, seeking reasonable regulatory interpretations to the statute that would help prevent the destruction of non-profit health plans. As you both know first-hand, our persuasive arguments have been disregarded and met with a stone wall by the White House and the pertinent agencies. This is especially stinging because other stakeholders have repeatedly received successful interpretations for their respective grievances. Most disconcerting of course is last week’s huge accommodation for the employer community—extending the statutorily mandated “December 31, 2013” deadline for the employer mandate and penalties.
Time is running out: Congress wrote this law; we voted for you. We have a problem; you need to fix it. The unintended consequences of the ACA are severe. Perverse incentives are already creating nightmare scenarios:
First, the law creates an incentive for employers to keep employees’ work hours below 30 hours a week. Numerous employers have begun to cut workers’ hours to avoid this obligation, and many of them are doing so openly. The impact is two-fold: fewer hours means less pay while also losing our current health benefits.

Second, millions of Americans are covered by non-profit health insurance plans like the ones in which most of our members participate. These non-profit plans are governed jointly by unions and companies under the Taft-Hartley Act. Our health plans have been built over decades by working men and women. Under the ACA as interpreted by the Administration, our employees will treated differently and not be eligible for subsidies afforded other citizens. As such, many employees will be relegated to second-class status and shut out of the help the law offers to for-profit insurance plans.
All I can say "GOOD POST".

And finally, even though non-profit plans like ours won’t receive the same subsidies as for-profit plans, they’ll be taxed to pay for those subsidies. Taken together, these restrictions will make non-profit plans like ours unsustainable, and will undermine the health-care market of viable alternatives to the big health insurance companies.
On behalf of the millions of working men and women we represent and the families they support, we can no longer stand silent in the face of elements of the Affordable Care Act that will destroy the very health and wellbeing of our members along with millions of other hardworking Americans.
We believe that there are common-sense corrections that can be made within the existing statute that will allow our members to continue to keep their current health plans and benefits just as you and the President pledged. Unless changes are made, however, that promise is hollow.
We continue to stand behind real health care reform, but the law as it stands will hurt millions of Americans including the members of our respective unions.
We are looking to you to make sure these changes are made.

NAACP's (Negro's Against Advancement of Colored People) Racist President Benjamin Jealous LIED again when he said that the verdict in the George Zimmerman case is the reason that America's Hoodrat's, Face “times of great peril.” However, if there is a peril, he should look to his own community and his own race for the cause. Most all of the time when a murder victim is black, the perpetrator is rarely a "creepy ass cracker" as they describe it. He wants people to believe that the isolated incident in Sanford, Florida proves there is an epidemic of white (or white-Hispanic)-on-black violence but... that would be a lie. He says blacks feel it every time they see one of their young… walk out the door and pull his hoodie up (and of course, tuck in his gun, wink wink but... he's really a good kid bullshit).

The Real Truth Is, Black Parents should not primarily be worried about White People gunning down their litttle hoodrat Treyvon's. According to the most recent (2011) FBI statistics, of the 2,695 murders in which the victim was black, 91% were committed by people of the exact same race.
Whites and white-Hispanics were the perpetrator in only 193 (7%) cases. Odds are if the victim was wearing a hoodie, the perp was too.
See Those Stats Here:
http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ucr/crime-in...

The same pattern of intra-racial violence holds for whites. Eighty-three percent of white murders in 2011 were within-race killings, and only 14% were black on white. These data tell us that murder in America is decidedly not a matter of racial hatred. Explicitly racially motivated murders can and do occur... but racial hate killings are exceedingly rare in this country, according to FBI hate crime statistics. There was only one murder or negligent manslaughter in 2011 that could be traced to anti-black sentiment. Just one! This is not exactly the wave of racial animus some media and socialist race baiting activists have lied to us about. It's absolute bullshit on its face!
(See Those Stats Here:)
http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ucr/hate-cri...

These same Pathetic Race baiting activists are spurring a wave of racially-charged violence, attempting to justify it by the Zimmerman verdict.
Racist Blacks, beat an innocent Hispanic man in Balitmore saying it is “for Trayvon.” Read that whole story here:
http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/cri...

Protestors in Los Angeles and Oakland blocked major thoroughfares. Twitter has been buzzing for weeks with people threatening to start riots over the verdict, if it didn’t go the way they wanted... and well the verdict is in and they set an innocent man free and they are still acting like a bunch of fools here, oh hold it... that's right, they are a bunch of fools, never mind here they are:
https://twitter.com/search...

If Americans are in great peril it will be because of these HoodRat-Hooligans and...
The Irresponsible Race-Baiters who cheer them on from as far away as the Oval Office of The President of The United States, A Race Baiting, Purple Lip Kenyan, Community Disorganizer of all people, go figure.

While Most demonstrations around the country were peaceful... something very sinister is brewing in Washington DC and more specifically, its roots growing out of the West Wing of the White House and sliming its way through Congress and The US Justice Department... Pure Evil Spewing from the Mouth of one such Pathetic Parasite...

A Parasite known as... Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer, a Pathetic American and Obama Supporter, sent a letter Monday to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder praising him and supporting the Justice Department decision to review the case to determine whether Martin's civil rights were violated in spite of a jury deciding they had not been violated and Zimmerman had been found not guilty.
Boxer Quote:
"I respect the fact that the jury has spoken ... but I don't think this should be the last word," Boxer wrote in the letter but... what she really means... since it was not the verdict the race baiters wanted then screw the jury and find another way to hang Zimmerman, anyway!
Absolutely Pathetic Waste of Fresh Air!

If you’re black and possibly guilty but a white person is involved, the media will actively volunteer to be your advocate…. In the Trayvon Martin case, the media withheld details of the crime that were damaging to Trayvon in order to protect him and indict Zimmerman — that the mainly white community he had entered at night had been the target of a rash of recent break-ins and burglaries by young African -American men; that the hoodie Trayvon was wore was a uniform for burglars; and that Trayvon had been suspended from school after burglary tools were discovered on his person along with unaccounted-for jewelry. At the same time, the press flooded the airwaves and front pages with sentimental photos of Trayvon as an innocent adolescent, while withholding others of the six-foot-two, 17-year-old who beat the smaller Zimmerman to the ground, smashing his head on the concrete and causing him to scream repeatedly for his life before he fired his gun in self-defense.

Looking at the Martin case, black skin privilege means you can form a lynch mob if the target is a “white” man and the press will overlook it; you can demand a judgment in advance of the facts, and can conclude his guilt in advance of a trial. You can even take “justice” into your own hands by threatening his life as the Black Panthers did to George Zimmerman or twittering his home address like vigilante filmmaker Spike Lee and comedienne Roseanne Barr did in the hope that someone might go after him. If this isn’t a rebirth of the cracker mentality of the segregated South, it is hard to know what would be…

I am still waiting the national news media to pick up the story of Jacqueline Gardner being robbed and murdered by '3' BLACK men in Schererville, Indiana.
But since it is a bout a white woman who was a Mother killed by 3 'BLACK' men for her tips of $85 I guess the media does not think it is important to talk about.

Two teenage suspects, one as young as 14, have been arrested in the shooting death of a 1-year-old Georgia boy, who was killed as his mother pushed him in a stroller, police announced today.

Chief Tobe Green of the Brunswick Police Department said that Demarquis Elkins, 17, and a 14-year-old unidentified suspect whose name has been withheld because of his age, were arrested early this morning in connection with the baby's death, and both have been charged with first-degree murder.

"We are still investigating the motive, but we are trying to turn every stone to make sure we get a motive," Green said.

Green declined to provide further details, other than to say it continued to be an open investigation, and that no weapon had yet been recovered.

Under Georgia law, Elkins is considered an adult, Green said, but the younger suspect is considered a minor.

"We are still following up on leads from our witnesses and are still involved in collecting evidence," Green said. Search warrants had been issued at three locations near Brunswick, which has a population of about 15,500 people.

Brunswick police, along with a SWAT team and various agencies, had launched a vast manhunt across the Glynn County area in search of the two teenage suspects after the shooting on Thursday morning.

Sherry West, the 41-year-old mother of the child, told police she'd been walking her 13-month-old son, Antonio, in a stroller Thursday morning through their Brunswick, Ga., neighborhood when two African-American boys approached her and demanded money. When she told them she didn't have any money, West said one of the boys pulled out a handgun.

"He said,'I'm going to kill you if you don't give me money,' and I said,'I swear I don't have any,"' West told WAWS-TV in Jacksonville, Fla.

West said she tried to shield her child with her arms, but the gunman shoved her and shot the baby in the head. West was shot in the leg.

Going on West's description, police said they began looking for two African-American boys between the ages of 10 and 15 years old since Thursday. No details about how the suspects were arrested were given.

Officer Todd Rhodes, a spokesman for the Brunswick Police Department, confirmed that the weapon used in the shooting was a handgun but declined to describe it further.

Since the shooting, police said 30 different leads had been called into the Brunswick Police Department and the Glynn County Police Department, or were submitted through email. Police said the Glynn County School Board Campus Police had been assisting law enforcement in combing school attendance records for leads.

Here is another case of injustices in are system but I DON'T see the President taking an interest in the murder of this 13 month old baby boy by a 17 and 14 year old African/American boys.. So what causes this President to take an interest in Trayvon Martin and Zimmerman's case.
Why isn't the President trying to talk down the rioting going on more so out in California.
