It's not likely to happen in Altus. They always lock people up, and then there are plenty of others to take over for those who were locked up. It's a vicious cycle not likely to stop unless they start frying the BIG fish. If you have ever lived in Altus for any amount of time, it's not hard to figure out who those BIG fish are. Lock those guys up!
