I'm moving to Altus soon. Need apartment. Just me so small is ok, but not a dump. I can see I need to stay away from enterprise square. How about Apple Creek. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I lived at applecreek on two occasions, about a year each time. I would rate the management good to excellent and the maintenance good. They didn't put up with trouble makers. They are getting older now but the apartments were in rather good shape. Reasonably efficient on utilities. Quite complex. If you happen to work nights try to stay away from the south side - the school across the street. Overall, I recommend applecreek. The choices are rather limited in Altus and I felt this was about the best "bang for the buck". P.S.-I moved out of Altus about 2 years ago.
