Why must you believers force your religion on everyone? This tragic accident doesn't give you free advertising. Why didn't your god bless this family BEFORE the accident? If your god is watching over everyone, why did he allow those beautiful children to die so horribly? Why didn't he just take them in their sleep? And prayers don't do anything either. You're praying to a (non-existent) being that had his own son tortured and killed. Please tell me the exact words to use in a prayer for this devastated family. My condolences to the mother and extended family.

No one is forcing you to read these post. Let these people say what they want. This not heaven this is earth bad things happen. You say prayers don't work, how do you know that? There are no words that can console someone when a event such as this has happened. All you can do is be there and be a friend.
Since you believe there is no GOD. How does it feel knowing that when YOU die, every thing you did and worked for will rot in a casket and become worm food.

I love knowing that I will be recycled by the earth. It is wonderful and appropriate. Dust to dust. My will states that I am to be cremated. I'm not weird like those people who insist upon being buried in a metal lined casket and taking up space by being buried. Eventually the earth will be a giant cemetery. And I realize that no one is forcing me to read these posts. I'm simply stating that it is more appropriate to simply express condolences rather than saying horrid things like "in a better place now," or "god needed another angel," or "watching over us," etc. Is there really a better place than a mother's arms? If they're in a better place now, why even have children? Were angels watching over them as their heads slammed into the grill of the semi? Did they enjoy the show? And please tell me - if I was a praying man, what exact words should my prayer for these beautiful children be?

Why do you nonbelievers take the time to argue about Someone you don't believe exists? Do you argue about the tooth fairy, Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny? How can a "non-existant being" have his own son tortured and killed? Why is it so important to you to prove to us He doesn't exist? Do you expend so much energy on Santa? The fact that you argue about God would imply to me that you DO know He exists, but you are angry with Him. I believe we are ALL born with the knowledge He exists. Some people CHOOSE to deny Him later in life. He doesn't let go of His loved ones easily, so He continues to "tug at" their hearts and brains and that is why they become angry and so strenuously deny Him. But He doesn't give up. He wants everyone to know Him. God does not cause bad things to happen. You see, it goes way back to when Satan thought he was as good as God. Satan was kicked out of Heaven and he was given reign over the earth; his chance to prove his superiority. God has reign over Heaven. Therefore, bad things happen on earth, and death does not exist in Heaven. Those children died tragically as did their father. Everyone dies on earth. All of us at some point will die. But those of us who know Him will live eternally in Heaven. Our bodies are kind of like an apartment complex to us. We are renting here. Someday, we will go Home. Death is kind of like moving to us. Of course we all want to live just like you do. None of us look forward to death. God gave us a desire to live; a self preservation instinct, so we would stay here and do His work. Part of our job is to lead others to Him as he doesn't want to lose anyone. But rest assured those children are out of the rule of satan on earth now. No more tragedy or harm can befall them. They are in Heaven where tragedy doesn't exist. They are with God.

Yes Angels were watching over them as their heads slammed into the grill of the semi. They were waiting to take them Home. Again, Satan has control of the earth. We are shielded by God, Jesus and the Angels and if it gets too bad they take us Home. The exact wording of your prayer is not really important. It is what is in your heart that counts. In my prayer, I thank Him that they are in Heaven where their mother will get to see them again and hold them in her arms. I thank Him that they are not bound by death. I ask Him to comfort their mother and help her cope until she sees them again. I thank Him that through His Son Jesus' crucifixion, earthly death was conquered and it has no ties on any of us anymore. And I thank Him that it doesn't cost anything. It is given to us by Grace. All we have to do is accept it.

When a sad accident like this one is reported in the news I don't see religiots flooding the comment sections with "The easter bunny must have needed another bunny," or "santa claus needed another elf," etc. I am not trying to prove to you that your god doesn't exist. I am simply saying that the comment section is not a place to spread your buy bull words. Save them for the opulent buildings that you make in his honor - what are they called? Crutches? No, I remember - churches! Money well spent! A place to take toddlers to see a bloody man writhing in agony on a crucifix. Good for you that you believe you're going to the heaven place. Congratulations. Yes, your "job" may be to lead others to your fiction but this is not the place to do it. This is a place to express condolences.

Well, how nice that they were waiting. Did they look away at the child that clung to life even though his head was crushed? Or did the angels get a little squeamish at that part? Wow, that satan guy sure is powerful. Wait a minute - I thought you said that your god created everything. Your god created the satan guy, too? Why on earth would he do something so stupid? Oh, I remember - satan was a good angel gone bad. But your god knows everything and everything that will happen. This is just completely idiotic.

All right, thank you for sharing your personal prayer. Heaven sure sounds like eternal fun. Now, 112 people die every day on America's highways, thousands of children die every day because the satan guy starved them to death, and thousands of people are being raped and killed in genocides every day. Better add all those dead babies, too. Wow, that satan guy is REALLY powerful. Makes me wonder why we bother having babies at all. I regret having my three. I love them and would die for them but if your god can swoop in and kill them at any moment, it's just no fun playing that lottery. Last question - do you ever wonder why you call your god 'the father'?

I understand your point about God needing another angel. That comment irritates me too. It implies God killed the child so He could have another angel. Thats crazy!!! God didn't kill those kids. As far as where we sell our "buy bull words" the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees us the right to freedom of speech. We have a right to extend our condolences, well wishes, prayers or whatever we see fit. Non-Christians have taken away too much from us already. They are threatened by any mention of God, Jesus, prayer or anything else pertaining to our faith. They demand separation of Church and State, yet the want to participate in all of our religious holidays and take the day off on Christmas, Easter, etc. As far as the "bloody man writhing in agony" what do children see on TV including video games every day? At least this bloody man offers hope. As far as this not being the place for me to do my job, you are mistaken. This is precisely the place. And I have a Constitutional right to it. You do not have the right to tell me what I am allowed to type and what I am not. I have been civil to you at all times. I am not afraid of a polite discussion. Why are you blasting me?

Satan was created with free will. Just like you were. He had the same right to choose that you do.

If your god is powerful enough to reach down and "tug" at my heart, then he is certainly powerful enough to reach down and "tug" that semi a little bit more to the left and avoid the collision that crushed innocent children's skulls.

Well, what a relief it is to know that. If we really love our children we certainly want to keep them from harm and tragedy. Wait a minute, if we really love them, why don't we just kill them and send them to your heaven place right now? Oh, that's right, then WE'D go to the hell place for killing them. How convenient. Well, I don't want my children to believe in some sees-all being that watches them masturbate or make love. That's just creepy and perverted. I want them to grow up confident in themselves and aware that they are simply part of a wonderful cycle of birth and death, just like all living things. I don't need a crutch and neither will my children.

Yes, you certainly do have the right to say what you want. My point is that you religious peeps FLOOD the comment sections with "god blesses" and "my prayers" and "better places." Why can't you just express condolences and then say your prayers in private? Why do you force us to read them? I don't force you to read anything except my condolences to the family. I never say "praise satan" or "satan wins again" do I? I am tempted to start saying "yay - satan wins again!" from now on every time I see a god comment. I'll bet I can start a movement. There are many people who tsk tsk and shake their heads in sympathy for the children of god-believers but they tend to stay quiet as a result of their higher intelligence.
