1kn0a11... Do you even know half of the young moms here in Mangum? If not, please stop talking shit. I realize that most of the young moms here would rather pawn their child(ren) off on their parents of grandparents to go out and party, drink, "have fun". I understand where they're coming from though. But that doesn't mean you have to go around, bashing every young mom around here. I understand where they're coming from, but I do not condone their choices being made of going out with their friends on a nightly basis, when they have babies at home that need their attention. Let me tell you a little secret.. I just turned 20 on the 16th.. I had 3 kids by the time I turned 20.. I just had my last baby on 9-17-2012... Yes, I was ordered to drop out of school by Judge Deaver at age 16. I had a baby out of wedlock at 17.. I got married at 18.. I But I'm a mom to my kids.. I don't go out and party.. Drinkin and "having fun with my friends".. That's just not me.. I'd rather stay home with my babies and my husband, eat dinner with them, watch a movie together. Some young moms are great moms.. You can't just go by statistics. Don't get me wrong, I see a lot of young girls here either pregnant or trying to get pregnant soooo bad because "They're oh so grown and want babies" because they're "Grown Women"... If there was ever anything I could do to prevent these young girls from having a baby, I would. But sadly I can't. Unfortunately some of these babies born to these young moms don't have a chance in hell, unless it's for their grandparents taking care of them because their moms are too busy with their friends.. and they don't have time for their children. Another thing is, is that even older moms are still having babies.. Off runnin around and on drugs. That isn't right either! But please don't come on here bashing young moms sayin that they should put a daycare in the school system just out of spite. Not all young moms are bad.
