Man in wheelchair dragged by school bus

An Altus school bus hit a man in a motorized wheelchair and dragged him more than 20 feet.

The driver should have lost their CDL for that the BUS is suppose to the one of the safest on the road. just a citation was not enough if the person had died it would have been man slaughter.
We must hold our bus drivers to a higher standard. next time it might be a child.

This was a terrible accident without malicious intent. Unfortunately this type of thing is happening all too often with motorcyclists, pedestrians, folks in wheelchairs, and cyclists b/c automobile motorists somehow think that all other vehicles resemble their own. Their brains aren't registering smaller objects for whatever reason.

If it was an accident then know his license should not be taken from the bus driver.Maybe this guy came out in front of the bus the driver couldn't stop in time, we all have a responsibility when it come to our school bus or buses loading and unloading also school crossing.The botton line (He didn't die)
