Excessive Heat Warning Issued

Tulsa County is under an excessive heat warning for Monday and Tuesday and for the rest of eastern Oklahoma a heat advisory has been posted.

Does anyone know what it will be like for the rest of the week? Washington county is host Relay for Life on Friday evening.

You know..I don't claim to be the brightest candle on the cake...but nor am I a stupid idiot....

Many moons ago as I went to my sons football game at the beginning of the season....(hot, August )...wore light colored cotton clothing, drank water...and still I passed out in the bleachers during the game from heat exhaustion and to this day I can not work outside in the yard for very long before I begin to feel symptomatic.

I hope you never experience it.
