my sister and I spent a lot of time trying to find an easy fix for our luigettas cravings, we tried a couple different recipes and one we found to be pretty close is really easy. Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, a little bit of soy sauce, and a little powdered beef bouillon. Im going to try your recipe this weekend lOl my mouth is watering just thinking about it =)

Well damn "full of crap"??? First of all, no one said they had "the" recipe. They said it tastes similar to the dressing. So you can read it again, and learn how to spell *recipe* and your former employer's name.

For those of you who want to know what type of oil to use, you need to use a blended oil.80% vegetable oil and 20% olive oil. I know because I sold it to them and the vinegar is a cider vinegar. The base that is used is called BV base.

here it is people. the truth...
this makes a 5x, so get your jugs out.
5 tbsp garlic powder
5 tbsp salt
5 tbsp Accent
5 tbsp Au Jus Bas (Liquid Beef Boulian)
5 tsp powder mustard
5 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups pepperocini juice

heat everything in pot to boil and mix well.
I use the pepperchini jar for storage and just use old salad dressing containers to store the dressing I'm using at the moment. Please try it and prove me that its not the same.

add oil to taste. I'm crazy, sometimes I don't add oil at all.:-)

well.. I was just there (In Hollidaysburg) last weekend. Haven't lived there for over 23 years and was so happy to see I could still get my favorite sub. I bought some dressing. I can't wait to try what Mystry Man wrote. I too have tried a few times to duplicate this... and I had a feeling it had beef Au Jus in it !!!!!

This is the closest one that I've seen that makes sense. I have heard that it does contain BV beef bouillon from several people, I've googled that and can't find anything. I use beef soup base from sams club...it's great!
