Rita you have some serious issues! "Trying" to be so comfortable...how would you know what comfortable looked like for him if you don't know him! Those cops look more nervous...as they lie about what "evidence" they don't have! They can't sit still! Remember he came in VOLUNTARILY and never once asked for an attorney...and that sounds like someone that's guilty to you? What about all the other 500 and some people they supposodly interviewed? You don't think they had time to make up a story? What about the other 99 counties in Iowa or the other 41 states! Get off the choking kick would ya! It wasn't brought up in court because you can't prove it! STOP LYING! You're making yourself look dumb!
I can tell you three things you are wrong about. 1. He did not come voluntarily and 2. They did not interview 500 people with red trucks in the area. And 3. You can't prove that he didn't choke someone either. What was this assault charge for last year? maybe if we knew this someone could prove it but either way it can't be used in court. People that get on here and defend him just because they know him personally naturally have a biased opinion of him which is understandable. But remember John Wayne Gacy was a great friend, neighbor, and boss to many people who knew him. And they were shocked to find out that he had killed over 30 people and buried them under his house. Like I have said before I'm not sure if he is guilty or not and I feel for both families but how can someones past, if violent, not be brought to this case. I have heard this about him from several people who claim to know him personally. Whether they do or not I'm not sure.

You're wrong about all of the above. I've been in the courtroom for ALL of that! He absolutely did come in voluntarily! They went to his work (where he had his truck) and asked him to come down to the police station. At this point they hadn't seized his truck! He didn't HAVE to go down there, therefore he went voluntarily. 2. The police claimed during trial (Which I attended and you clearly didn't) that they searched 500 some red ford F-150's in Polk county. That was also on the news awhile back that they were going to start door to door searches. AND finally I was there yet again in the courtroom for the hearing on the simple assault (that didn't happen last year) better check that again!, and there were witnesses that got on the stand under oath and testified that he didn't choke her, he wiped dirt on her! You nor anyone else on here talking hearsay can say if he had a violent past. Look on IA court records that should clear up the hearsay. I don't see any charges like what some people are claiming! Rumors are just that!
