This is a bad deal.
I just wonder what Sarcones office is going to do differently this time about the tape? If the judge tossed it out once what will be different this time????
New evidence???

The guy just looks guilty. That must be why he has Alfredo Parish as his lawyer. He will get him off, just like all of the other criminals he represents.

He doesn't look guilty, he looks scared!!! Scared he is going to get convicted for something he didn't do and miss watching his little girl grow up. Scared that he and his wife will never get out of the debt from 5 years of fighting this. Scared that even if the jury makes the right decision and he goes "free" he will still have to pay for a defense in a civil courtroom. Scared this will always follow him. It has been 5 years, THOUSANDS of dollars and untold emotional turmoil for a case that doesn't begin to prove he is guilty let alone guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I can't imagine what this has to be like.

You obviously haven't been following this story, he should be scared. It's too bad you can't see the faces of Annamarie's children...they're scared too. Scared because they've had to live the last 5 years without their mother...that she's wasn't able to watch them grow up, see them go to college, see her daughter get married, or see her future grandchildren. Its a sad, sad story, but justice will be served.

So you've been following this story so closely that you know for a fact it was him? Looks to me that they still haven't proven that in court. But I'm sure you have all the answers. I'm assuming you would say that an innocent man should be convicted just b/c he's been charged! Give me a break! No evidence, no proof on those videos that it's Pollard's truck or Pollard driving the truck in the parking lot that morning. No proof that it was even a truck that hit her! No DNA on the truck whatsoever even after multiple searches of it, no hair, no fibers. Tell me why this man should be convicted and taken away from a wife that loves him like crazy, a 4 year old daughter and twins he's not met yet! I'm dying to know what you do that the prosecutors don't b/c they haven't proven their case yet!!

I have been following the story and I've seen the various clips from the tapes that are the "key evidence". There is no evidence that he did this. I feel extremely sorry for Annamarie's family and their pain but putting another family through this without evidence to support it will not help them. It is also terrifing that the justice system could do this to people. You think if you just "keep your nose clean" you'll be fine but this case shows that is not always true. This isn't a case where the evidence is there and a fast talking lawyer is trying to make it go away, this is a case where the evidence is not there and a family is being destroyed trying to defend themselves. I hope the best for both families.

I just don't know how this whole deal has been so quite over the past five years. You hear nothing from the husband and nothing leaking out as to why if it was him, was he drunk, was he involved with her. Why

if you new him you'd think diffrent great guy never did anything to hurt anybody I think they need to stop assuming people did something and find the right person because this is messing up his life.

I think it had something to do with her husband or drugs I talked with one of her family memebers and friends of her kid and they all say. She was into some drugs maybe over money.

It takes more then 4 mins to get from lowes. Parking lot to american tire you would have to have a jet or a jet engine in your car.
