I hope they find this person safe and sound.

People, people, people...do not drive into water over the road. You have no idea if the road has been washed away and it doesn't take much for tires to lose traction and be washed off of the road. This goes for high profile vehicles also.

My heart and thoughts are with the family of the missing victim. This situation could've ended up worse. I am glad that more people didn't end up missing. I hope for the best.

I mean no disrespect to those involved but does anyone know why 11 people ranging in age from 16 to 21 from several different communities were enroute to mitchellville at 4am during a very bad storm?

Because they're stupid kids just like we were....anyone know why someone would be so insensitive this close to a tragedy....because they're just stupid adults!

Sorry Runnells Res perhaps this hits a little too close to home for you. Not being insensitive, just wondering. And not, not just like I was, I'm alive and I've never killed any of my friends. There is more to this story than we all know now. 16 year-olds running around with 21 year-olds at 4am is a recipe for disaster. Clearly this was a disaster and tragedy. I will hug my teenager tighter tonight and use this as an example of what not to do.

I completely agree with you. The parents of these teenagers need to apply some parental control to advoid situations like this.
