I've known Tom Miller about 20 years and there is nothing remotely "shady" about the man. He is and has always been an honorable public servant. He is one of the most respected AG's in the country and an all around decent human being.
If you have some sort of fact to support your preposterous claim you should present it....

The woman running against him had been an aide to Representative Steve King, who makes Michelle Bachmann look as far left as Oprah, by comparison. Miller is now the spokesmen for AG's from several states, on the matter of the iffy paperwork on bank foreclosures on many properties. He also is in the group that pressured topix to get rid of the $20 fee for expedited review of offensive comments. Mostly he acts more like a careful professional civil servant, than like a partisan politician. Which is how a good AG should act, professional, as the attorney for the state, and also for the people of the state - since he often warns about consumer frauds that people should watch out for. Thank you for your comment about him. I scarely know him. I know Terry Branstad slightly. Terry is like comfortable old rundown shoes, that do not exactly fit, but that one is used to, and digs out of the closet again now and then. That is not meant as much of an insult, or as much praise either!

"IF" your statement is "TRUE", why is the Attorney General allowing he missuse of the "PRIVACY ACT" ? "REVERSE USE" extorting information from citizens !

For your information it is a "VIOLATION" of the commerence act to deny services to anyone for a spicific reason of "failure to sign a release of information" .
