People think animals have no feelings. Poor Tommy is away from this monster, but dogs are still being mistreated every minute. I often wonder what is wrong with a person that does these things. And what is wrong with people when they sit back and let it happen.

She was not charged with a felony because they do not think she did it on purpose, I guess they think that the dog just gave up and jumped in the trash can by himself..

I guess he tied that cord around his own neck too huh? And cut/burned his own legs. I am happy that Tommy has been saved but saddened that this monster will only get a slap on the wrist. She will be out there doing this to another dog before too long.

My heart goes out to Tommy for what he went through with that horrible woman. This woman should be made to suffer the same physical and mental abuse as that poor dog had to. An eye for an eye.
