Could anyone give me a good explanation as to why Henderson does not have a recycle pick up service? There are very few places that I have been to in the past 20 years that do not offer this service. I would be willing to pay extra for trash pick up, if this was offered. We pay an outlandish amount for water and sewer service as it is. With the property tax rate being as high as it is, and the street conditions are horrible,the money must be going somewhere. Do our county officials make a large salary? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am stunned.
