Karl and his wife, Hanne, are great down to earth people. They are very well deserving of this prize and we wish them well.

Whatever are you talking about?
I was just asking a simple question for crying out loud. I was just curious. I see why I dont come on here much, you all seem so unfriendly and trying to pick a fight. |
|
Good question. I was wondering that myself. Either way, he can afford it now. LOL Congratulations!! |
|

What the hell does it matter if he's an American citizen or not. Mind your own business. Just be happy for the guy. Some of you are such asshats!

I got rid of my asshat. Could never find a belt or shoes to match it. |
|
It is called the context of a sentence my man learn to use it. He did not care if he was american or not he was wondering if a non american person living here would have to pay taxes twice on the winnings. Shoot man i even understood that while wearing my asshat.

|
asshats, now that's funny, never heard that one before, I must have worn a few of those out. LOL

The article made it sound like he was an American citizen. It said that he assists the German military.
Congratulations! |
|
Who cares of what nation he is a citizen? Just offer him Congratulations.
God Bless you, Mr. Vogt. I am always glad when good things happen. |

Just FYI-- State lotteries withhold about 25 percent for federal taxes and, depending on the state law, and whether the state has an income tax, 4 to 6 percent for state taxes. Whether the winner will owe additional taxes depends upon his/her filing status, number of dependents, deductions, other income etc.
Usually winners of very large jackpots such as this will owe additional taxes. If the winner is a foreign national, whether he/she will owe income taxes in the home country would depend upon that nation's tax laws. |
