Ark. Supreme Court Overturns Osburn's Conviction In Crowder Murder

The Arkansas Supreme Court has reversed and remanded the capital murder conviction of a man accused of kidnapping and strangling a 17-year-old Pine Bluff girl stranded alongside a south Arkansas highway.

So because of his statement made BOFORE a lawyer was present excuses this fool from murder? What the hell has this supposed justice system come to? I guess for all of you would be murderers out there take note: If you kill & are caught, spill your guts BEFORE a lawyer steps in the room and your set to get off for said muder. i feel for the young lady's family & friends i lost a loved one to a senseless murder and it never gets easier however justice is sometimes slow but on the real he will go be in jail 4 sure
