Bill Heard tried to settle for cash in Phoenix but the DA said no and he is facing 24 months of jail there once his appeals run out.

Maybe a couple years in the cooler will get him straight.

Used to be a website listing auto dealerships that were untrustworthy.
The site was named "Stealerships". I believe legal claims by the car people forced it to shut down.
They'll fire a few salesmen and the owner and manager will cliam they had no idea what the salesmen were doing.

I got something in mail from Bill Heard Chevrolet, but I didn't even read it because I won't buy Chevy or Ford. After reading this I am glad I didn't get duped.

This dealership was fined several years ago for this very thing. As usual the justice system failed. If they would inform them that their dealer license would be pulled the next time, I'm sure the practice would end.

This outfit ought to be banned from ever selling automobiles again. They are not worth visiting unless you want to get taken for a sucker. Save your money and shop somewhere else. Go back to Georgia B-H there's no room for your brand of dealership in Florida.

Bob Dance is another Dealership that needs to be investigated. I went there and three of the slime ball salesmen tried to get me to refinance my home. WTF???

I was in the car business for years in Orlando. Bill TU*D has been operating a crooked dealership for years. They should close this cklown DOWN for good!! There are others in Central Florida who are just like Bill TU*D.

Several years ago a young employee of mine (19yo)called from Bill Heard wanting to use me as a reference. After telling me about the "deal" he was getting I drove straight there. These sleaze balls were going to sell this kid a 4k used truck for 8k. I talked him out of it and helped him shop for a new one. This could have been an isolated incidence but I have read too many bad things about them to go back myself.
