Man accused of Rotterdam rape

A Guilderland man is accused of raping a girl. Rotterdam police arrested 20-year-old Jeffrey Orsini.

first off, he did NOTHING to your daughter so cut your drama. He is an innocent kid who was going everywhere in the world if your stupid kid hadn't lied about a serious issue

ok blaming the victim isn't what's going on maybe someone should get facts straight before posting stuff in the paper and going to the cops i know i have an idea of what victims go through trust me i have a past and most people would think i would be on the victims side but really i think that people should look at this objectively and realize that what the "victim" said happened needs to be looked at more closely and someone should realize that when your story keeps changing somethings wrong...

You're right and its is a terrible thing victims should feel safe and proteted!!

Because sometimes and again I say sometimes, they become "victims" when mommy and daddy find out they had sex and cry rape. I am no way saying this is the case, but it's been known to happen. Some of these young girls are off the hook!

Boys like him should not be convicted on false charges brought by lying girls. This girl should be put in juvenile for lying about such claims. We all know she was not raped. Her parents should open their eyes and realize that she is sexually advancive. You may not want to think it and accept it so you believe her like any other parent would but we cant always stand by our loved ones when we see the false. This girl is a liar and seeks attention. She has had other encounters brought upon by her with others but is blaming this guy. Girls can be scandelous i should know i am one but to go this far is wrong and this affects the rest of his life because of the cry for attention brought upon by your daughter. I hope someone affects her life just as much as she has affected his and that she could one day be honest with her family and tell them the truth. You know something is wrong when they keep changing their story. Open your eyes MOMMY, realize who your daughter is and she cheats on her boyfriend.

I agree with both defending the innocent and great. Too often kids won't go forward and tells the truth to their parents that they are having sex... and that you should not judge people without knowing the whole story

Wow, looks like Orsini has a lot of very confused and misguided friends - hummm, guess all of them have very poor judgement and do not have a clear understanding of forceable touch, endangering the welfare of a minor and RAPE of a minor. What "normal" 20 year old hangs around with 14 and 15 year old unless they have issues??? Futhermore, what kind od a person who is 20 years old engages in ANY type of a relationship with a minor??? The LAW is clear and no one's story has changed. The man is a menace and has gotten exactly what he deserves and it is Orsini who is the one who has ruined and destroyed lives with his poor choices and very poor upbringing and by the FACT that he has broken laws in the state of New York. Shame on his misguided father as well for his comments in the Altamont Enterprise - which can be viewed by going online and reading the archives from September 2009- it is likly his son inherited his mentality. Do the crime and pay the time! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY the loser is where he belongs and as to his "fan club" - Grow up and educate yourselves to the LAW!!!

just google the altamont enterprise and then go to archives for the month of september 2009 and you will see the original article as well as my daughters article which details what the scum did to my child only months before and he was sentenced for that including my daughter having an order of protecion against him, which is two weeks after the first article - you'll get a detailed insight to this scum.
