Police: man held women against their will

Rotterdam police say they've arrested a man who has held three different women captive on three different occasions.

I believe that this is not his first time, if you check his dna you will find out he has been doing this for some time now.

This guy is my landlord and lives above me on 15 Besch ave. in albany. He has always been a wierd guy, but i never expected anything like this. Im glad this was reported so everyone can see what a sick man he is. He needs help and getting caught doing this horrible act is a step in the right direction.
