Is he a good lawyer, would you hire him? I was told he was, and I was just looking for some comments before I spent the money and or time.

Depends on what type lawyer you need. If you want the best then you need to contact Battatori out of Pittsburg. He is the best for Criminal Defense. Schnider is good also.

Simple divorce attorney is what I am needing, and someone recomended Curt to me,

He did great for me Ex husband $340.00 a month in child support for 2 kids he was happy.

I am sorry I did not intend to start what appears to be an argument, I simply wanted to know if the listed Attorney was good and worth the money.

I think the registerd sex offenders list needs some changes.. Like maybe a citizens commitee to vet it. A lot of people have had their lives ruined. When someone goes on the list we all assume(me included) they are child molesters or rapists. Not an 17 or 18 year old kid with a 16 year old girlfriend. But if that were my 16 year old daughter, we would not need a court.
I don't know what Shorty almost got on it for but I think there are some problems with it.
