Man ticketed after wreck that killed college student

A truck driver whose rig slammed into the back of a stopped car driven by a college student, killing that young man, has been ticketed for failing to reduce speed.

i think that this killing was very un cost for because it was a young child and it was a loving child and he was a lving boy who lost his life.
