National Guard set to leave Ottumwa

The National Guard is pulling its soldiers out of Ottumwa, and officials are asking people to show their thanks for the flood efforts.

I am with the Ottumwa unit. I like yo say thanks for the help with the sandbagging, and all the hard work that everyone else put in. They did not have to be there, but the soilders in the gaurd could not of done it without them. Thanks
