Just the way of the hood nobody these days knows what to with hardware parts , but it is a hell of a hardware store and he has parts you cannot find for older homes! Personally i like the place and if was loaded would buy it your not gonna get rich off of it but if the store is properly marketed could survive and make a decent enough profit.

. It's a turn-key business with a rental unit to boot. Why can't we get a consortium together to work with Art to purchase? Anyone interested?

Old Western Avenue has been a business district before your great grand parents were born and run by people who know how to run a business without interfering with neighboring businesses.
