Until Mayor Kitching deals with his billion dollar blunder, he will continue to have problems that will be around long after he's gone in the amount of 30% of a $Billion$ dollars not including cost over runs for the jawa water project he's so fond of. You, your children, and grandchildren, will pay for it for the next 40 years!

Why did mr. Dalzel file a useless FOIA for tons of paperwork that he did absolutely nothing with, other than to tie up all the secretaries that work hard at the village of alsip?
Why was Mayor Kitching forced to go down to Springfield and get the laws changed so trouble makers like Dalzel could not do this again to other villages and paralyze them so they can't get any other village work done?
Why was he ushered out of the alsip town hall a few years ago under police escort?
Why was his son arrested a few years back for taking bets while attending Marist HS?
Why is he trying to shove this village manager idea in the back door silently, and when people show up for the meetings he takes it off the agenda?
I think I have seen enough dirty politicians in my 75 years to know one and I certainly don't need this type of person representing my best interests in the town of alsip. Read the papers & attend the meetings and you shall see the type of person he is and how he has damaged the integrity of alsip with his shady dealings. I hope all you supporters of Dalzel are happy that you have voted for him last year. Thank you for screwing over the town of alsip with him in our presence again.

You ask alot of questions Old Man, you seem angry.STALKER!
How bout, Why did Mayor Kitching, Clerk VenHuisen and Trustee Shapiro (All Action Party People) send out a flyer to the Village and "Lie" to the Village, to tell everyone that the majority of Trustees were changing their form of government, when actually, they were lowering the salary for the Mayor position in the next election. This is a desperate move from a desparate party, who, if elected, won't be earning as much money as they thought. Why, we should give Trustee Dalzell a raise for his efforts. Why Not!!

You obviously were not at the meeting! You have NO CLUE or just a liar. Trusteee Dalzell read a long list of villages that have adopted this form of government and Quinn stood by nodding his head also. Stop lying like a sack of [email protected]!
