The victim of the 1976 Garrido attacks probably wants to send to prison the individuals responsible for letting the creep continue to keep sex slaves for 18 years. Get this on video. Some Contra Costa Country Sheriff Officers and some parole agents may have to go to jail for a long time.

This is the worst thing ever. This is worse then Murder. what he did is just the worst thing a human could do to a child. Oh wait, I called him "human".

In 9 months this will be all over the paper again when it goes to court TV.

They failed to report Garrido's violations of parole.
The officers and agents are obligated to report when children are in danger.

Video, it's easier to see things the way you want after the fact. It may have seemed like another routine call. I'm so happy for Dugard but even though she has the right to do so she is going to bankrupt this city and the county with probably an unpresedented lawsuit in US History when all of this is over. Just more problems our city and county doesn't need. But I'm happy for her and hope she finds peace for the rest of her natural life.

You apparently don't know what it's like to personally see cases where the police CLEARLY KNOW ABOUT but won't do anything about a child or incompetent adult being terrorized and exploited by a rapist, stalker, extortionist or other kind of terrorist. The officer may tell the child, victim or witness "It's a personal matter, just let the family work it out own ther own". The reporting person may have to run for their life, pay in one way or another or go vigilante. The Garrido case is just one example of many cases in many cities in the USA. A few sexual offender suspects are murdered, a few victims are paid off, but that hasn't changed a much bigger problem. I know of a registered sexual offender in our area that is stalking a bike path and the cops won't do anything about it dispite complaints from neighbors and children who were victims of the creep. Something has to change in our government. A report about the Garrido/Dugard case shows how serious the problem and our GOVERNMENT IS CLEARLY TO BLAME:

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Libra

You know what they say about this being the season of goodwill to all men? Well, you get the chance to put it into action today by being understanding, tolerant and compassionate towards the people you meet. This doesn't mean you should condone anything awful that they do, but simply that you need to look beyond that to the larger picture.
