I tell you one thing do you all know what is going on in the LA school.i would hate to call myself a principal,i would be ashamed what do you do sit in the office and let them do as they please do you really know what is going on in your own school i dont think you do.do you want to know well let me tell you whats going on.there was a kid showed me a video that some other kid had tape with his phone.they was fighting in the bathroom and yes it was LA school in Livingston because it said it on the wall.they have been a lot of fights over there in the past few weeks.you know if you cant do the job u need to step down and let somebody in there that can do the job.there was not a principal or teacher around it was kids breaking up the fights.i ask the kid to forward it to my phone and they did its ashamed whats going on in our school but you know something channel 5 news would love to get this story.to the parents you need to know whats going on in the school......

Well, I'm a student at LA, and obviously I have better grammar and vocabulary than yourself, so something good must be going on. You can't judge a whole body of people by a couple of them. The bad ones stand out. People are getting shot in schools, but you're worried about something as trivial as a fight. Unless you have a child in LA, then go mind your own business, and stay out of ours. We love our school. A good News Channel 5 story would be: "Annoying illiterate posts about shit that has nothing to do with them." -anonymous

well i hate to tell u anonymous i do have a child at la and it seems u need to mind your own business and this is not about grammar and vocabulary so u got off of the subject so u didn't learn much at LA if you can't stay on what the subject is about. do you even know what subject means well let me tell you.the person or thing that is discussed or thought about in a book ,newpaper article,or conversation,etc

Personally I'm more concerned with child safety that proper grammar. How many people actually use proper grammar on the internet forums especially teens? Hummmm, I wonder if it couldn't be a teacher posing as a student! Either way anonymous, I'm sure you wouldn't think it was so trivial if you were the one getting beat up at school.

Does seem a little odd for a teen to use proper grammer on a forum. My teens shorten it all down to where I haven't a clue to what their typing. I'm a parent to a child that goes to LA and yes there was a fight yesterday. The sad thing is that the principal is a good honest man he took the job for this year because no one else would step up and take the position. So if you want to make a change I think you need to step up and put your words into action because the position is going to be open.

Kids do use spell check. They know alot more than we give them credit we are talking about high school students.

I don't feel it is fair for anyone to say such things about a man who is a good christian. If you have something to say about him like this you should have enough guts to go and say it to him. As far as staff that is your opinion and everyone has there own. The staff do as they are told. He does care about the kids he took a job when no one else wanted it. When we do get a principle in any of our schools parents complain about the least little things fussing at teachers till they run him off then our kid end up settling for what we can get then you when things start to go bad or have a couple bad weeks people like you can judge and say how bad they are. This year hasn't been easy on anyone at LA with our first principle getting the ax.

I must say Gerald Maynord is a different man behind closed doors. I had his class about 3 years ago, and I must say, he was rarely present in class. Maybe 2 out of the 5 days of the week he was there. Needless to say I passed his class with a high 90's average. What exactly is his job title? Everyone I know that still goes to school there calls him cocksucker. I don't know for sure, that's just what they say. He told me one thing and didn't hold his word. Therefore, Gerald Maynord can blow me also.

But it is has much your responsible as any one else to report it if you knows what is going on behind closed doors when parents don't. I am just like so many other people see what goes on away from school. But I don't think name calling is a way go at it when we Teach our kids not to do it. DID YOU DESERVE YOUR GRADE? If he is not the man he pretents to me I not the one to judge him for it there is one one man can do that.
