Man charged in bank robbery

“He was arrested in 2000 for the (Corning holdup) and a dozen other robberies across the Finger Lakes between 1993 and 1999”

A wealth of tips led to the arrest Monday of a Rochester man in connection with a January bank robbery in Watkins Glen, and now authorities hope to link the suspect to similar holdups last year in Corning and ... via Democrat & Chronicle

In Upstate Newy yok!

Sorry to say,but I am sure this guys is white.
A black guy ,specially in upstate, would never be able to go on a bank robbing spree like that..Lol
