The City imposes these absurd rules on homeowners then breaks there own rules. You can find city managed public lawns being watered all over town in the middle of the day.
The golf courses use millions of gallons of water in the summer. In the fall the resorts will pump tens of millions of gallons of water onto the slopes to make snow. |

Good point - I have seen sprinkler systems operating in front of the police department/post office area in the middle of the day. Are city and federal offices exempt from the water rules? If so, how and WHY? Anybody out there know the answers?
