I was going to complain about no information on how to do it in Minnesota, but then I realized the byline was from a NJ paper. It took some digging but there is info on how to get involved on the Aveda site. You can find it here: http://aveda.aveda.com/aboutaveda/caps.asp
This is a great way to deal with the caps and hopefully we can get some options available in the Twin Cities. I may be missing them because I don't have kids. |
