Oh my Lord!!! That officer BETTER have charges brought against him! If anyone should know better than to leave a defensless animal in a hot car, it should have been him! Where on earth did that man leave his brain that day?!?
If he is not prosecuted for that, there will be a hell of a lot of MAD people!
