If it is a law that you can't have any anti-gay policies then you shouldn't accept any public funds.
If it is a faith based school then they should teach the word of God and not expect or want public funding. That being the case the government should back off and not tell Christians what to teach or what to believe.
side bar - Laurel Maryland allows Muslime to pray in public schools but not Christians.
You cannot bar Christian students from praying in school as I mentioned earlier.

The specific federal law is The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, Pub. L. No. 103-141, 107 Stat. 1488 (November 16, 1993), codified at 42 U.S.C. 2000bb through 42 U.S.C. 2000bb-4 (also known as RFRA).

Why not? The liberal government pisses away my tax dollars on PBS to push a pro-gay agenda. They piss away my tax dollars on public schools where the teachers union is trashing the education system. They piss away my tax dollars to the social security fund just so they raid it and piss it away on propping up the auto unions to mfg a piece of over priced crap.
They piss away our tax dollars on "entitlement" programs and don't insist for any accountability from the recipients in return.
Just once let them put my tax dollars toward an institution with pro-American values like most private schools thrive on.
If the public schools were worth a crap, there wouldn't be any private schools.
