I won't be using these guys again. They were going to charge $700 for a repair. I know repair people pad the part price, but they more than doubled the price. Fortunately for us, the part was still under warranty. It was supposed to take 2 to 5 business days to get the part. It took at least 8 days. They don't answer their phones but every other day. Upon replacement of the part when I asked to see the part, the guy groaned, took a token look in the back of his van, said he wasn't going to get it for me, got in his van and drove away.

I attempted to order a part from this company. I was told by a gentleman that part would be shipped in 3 weeks. After a 5 week wait, I was told that they had no order for me and that I had the wrong company. I was told that there was no way I had spoken to anyone there. This company is almost impossible to contact. They refuse to answer their phone. To be honest, this company is rude and unprofessional. Frigidaire needs to remove this company from itsí preferred repairman list. It appears as though they do not need any business. Please avoid this company by all means.

Stay far away from this company. electrolux sent them out to my house to fix a dishwasher thatis under warrenty. First they told me that the part would take 3-5 days to get. On day 6 we called them and were told parts take 6 -10 days. Day 11 came and we have notheard from them. After 7 messages and two emails they still have not contacted us. Somebody else is coming to fix our dishwasher.

This company is Rude and unprofessional !!! I had appointment for the am that I waited a week for. o I was called the morning of my apt and told that it was from 2-4. When I told Paul Brown (who is th rude and the mgr) he stated he was sorry thats all he have. RUN RUN RUN dont use them.

Called for service 3 days ago and left a message. Still waiting for a return call. Luckily I read these reviews the morning after I had left the message and went on and called another repair service. How do these people stay in business and why does my brand of appliance list them on its website as recommended for service?

Kitchen aid also listed them on their website (as of last month). I've paid them $330 and the dishwasher is still having the same problem. I've called and left 3 messages over the past 2 days with no return call.

The owner of this company was arrested for torturing his step-son for 4 years. Rot in hell.
