I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this dealer?

Has anyone brought a car from them and how did it check out ( Autocheck and Carfax )?

thanks,
Mike

Had several cars checked out I wanted to buy at the Roswell location, all of them had paint work or damage which was not disclosed by them. I saw them painting cars in the back of the building when I drove around to leave. Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate dealer and mechanic and have the car cheked out before you think of purchasing.‎

i would advise my worst enemy to never go there! They are criminals and i mean CRIMINALS!!!! They have cars that are wrecked and never disclose it....want to know why i know this? I used to work for them in sales....they steal from their employees, and they for sure stick it to the public...i watched it time and time again....i couldn't stand it anymore....they come across like they are your best friend....but i assure you, it is not true...i do not critisize anyone for wanting to make a profit, it is all about free entrprise right? but not like this, hell they owe me money and anyone who has worked there in sales can and will tell you that they never give you your last check...considering they are from the land of ala and right is right and wrong is wrong...lol....karma is a bitch and it will bite em in the ass!!! so, my advise to anyone, never step foot on that location....unless you want problems and like pain in your life....because i assure of another thing, it will be a miserable experience!!!!

My experience working with the deadlership was very pleasant and it is mostly due to the service of sales associate, vivek. vivek did a wonderful job. He went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were comfortable with our purchase and made what could have been a very stressful process, easy and enjoyable. He even went out of his way to meet us at my workplace in roswell to finalize our paperwork. His efforts went above and beyond our expectations. His commitment and cooperation were greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the long response back. But i'm wondering how is the car holding up. Prior to your purchase did you have it inspected?

Has anyone read the reports from: http://www.dealerrater.com/

These guys got 16 horrible complaints in less than 2 years ... it gave me chills just to read them.

The site is called "dealer rater" - it's just consumers like us telling their story.

16 major complaints in 2 years ... gheeez, Moammar Gadhafi didn't have that many and he killed everyone.

Here my review of this company.....they are scammers big time we drove 4hrs for nothing.(Gas is very expense ) they didn't even care. I thought they where so truthful to us. What they have listed will just get you to come in, then the scam starts. I would not trust this company. I am very upset what this company did to us. I have the following two cases with Atlanta Luxury Motors. I'm doing this to let you know your risk when dealing with ALM. Do not get lured by their low prices. The room for additional negotiation is close to zero. I advise you to go to a real dealer to find your car. In addition, the authorized dealers usually sell cars with extended warranty (and that's why their cars look more expensive), while ALM would do everything they can to rip you off. Read case 2 below for your information.

1. Just like this post, my car showed no accident in Carfax but is actually engaged in a moderate accident on year ago prior to my purchase:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/auto-truck-rental...

ALM stated on its website that the car has clear Carfax and Autocheck reports. During the sales process they only showed me the Carfax one. I trusted them until 1 month after my purchase when I checked this car using Autocheck. It was engaged in a moderate accident in Florida. To verify this, I purchased the car accident police report online (all Florida accidents have records online and you can purchase one for your car for $12). Contacted ALM and of course they denied everything.

2. I bought a warranty for my BMW 528i here (contract number R1086064) for $3,672 and at this price it is supposed to provide me with the best coverage possible. I orally confirmed three times with the finance manager Tom that the coverage is for additional 75,000 miles. I trusted him. After 3 months I called the warranty provider and they told me the coverage is UP TO 75,000 miles. Since the original BMW factory warranty covers up to 50,000 miles, this means I paid $3,672 for a total coverage of 25,000 miles. For your reference, a top (platinum) BMW factory extended warranty, which covers up to 100,000 miles, only costs me $3,350. A warranty that covers 25,000 miles and costs $3,672 is a total ripoff by any standard (unless you purchase a Bentley or Lamborghini). After complaining our case to him, Tom initially refused to admit that he said "additional 75,000 miles", then used all kinds of tricks and bad attitudes to stop our warranty cancellation. For example, he asked for $300 cancellation fee on behalf of Atlanta Luxury Motors (rather than the warranty provider). Long story short, we finally got this fee "waived", and signed the cancellation form. Do we know how much we are going to get? Nope, the only option we have is to wait. We waited. After 2 weeks we called the warranty provider, and they told us the warranty is still in effect! The beauty is we can only cancel this warranty through Atlanta Luxury Motors, rather than directly through the warranty provider (obviously ALM have a pretty strong business tie with them). DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTY FROM ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS!!! Lastly, the warranty provider is National Auto Care. I didn't get a chance to use it and to be objective, I provide no comment on the warranty provider.

Took my car in for a simple full synthetic oil change. I purchased a groupon. Upon returning home and letting my vehicle sit over night I was pulling out of the garage the next morning and noticed a huge oil slick on my garage floor. I called immediately to let them know what was going on. Took the car back in the same day. They told me that they had to drill the oil plug out to drain the oil and they put in a new oil plug. They drained the oil again and replaced the oil plug with a new one. They said that the car has a major oil leak around the oil pan gasket and that the gasket needed to be replaced. I never have had an oil leak before taking it to Atlanta Luxury Motors. I told the service manager "Ronnie" That I would make an appointment to get the gasket replaced. Upon leaving the front end of my car starting making noises when I applied the brake. Totally new never heard this creaking crunching noises before they serviced the vehicle. I called them today and spoke with Ronnie to let him know that the oil leak was still not fixed and that there are now the creaking crunching noises coming from the front end of my car. He said "Well, I am sorry that you are having all of these problems. I should have charged you for the new drain plug I put in plus the labor but I didnt." I am totally convinced that they try to lure folks in the door with this groupon deal to cause more issues with your vehicle. Ronnie said in conversation that he couldn't believe that the owner of Atlanta Luxury Motors could even afford to do a full synthetic oil change and that he was a complete retard for thinking it was logical to have such a deal. Ronnie also said that they buy junk and make it look like new. I found that very weird and I felt very uncomfortable after he said that. When I brought my car back in for the oil leak Ronnie was very short and very rude and snatched my keys from me. I had to beg for a receipt for the oil change. This is very poor customer service let alone the problems that have occurred with my vehicle just by simply changing the oil. This place is a scam!!!!!!!The folks there are very rude and very impatient. Very unprofessional. Please think twice before you purchase or service your vehicle with this place. I took my car to BMW today and I now have about 1400.00 in repairs because of these people. In the future I will think twice about buying oil changes from groupon and always have my car serviced at the BMW dealer!

They seem to be professionals but only as a first impression. Here is my dilemma

Bought a car
Transmission goes bad in third month
Took it to them but they told me leave the premises which I couldn't believe.

So I did my research. Found out that they have a checkered past. And this is based on accounts by their current employees who know the outfit well.

Owner is an Indian guy name Kush Singh and his main henchmen are Kash and Carlos and Faisal. They all have come from a variety of stores that had operated in Atlanta and they sold shit load of damaged cars and then closed the locations and started new ones. Finally they had enough money to start these mega stores with millions of dollars of ill gotten money. This guy Kush until 6 years ago was selling cars out of his house, basically curb stoning but now he is acting like a mafia boss. Same with his manager Kash who was washing cars until 6 years ago but now a high roller. This is not a personal vendetta but facts stated as they are. These guys have gone to extremes to acquire ill gotten mega wealth and not only that are trying to monopolize used car Market of Atlanta and surrounding areas. They bring their third world hunger greedy faces into this business and give a lot of honest hard working car dealers a run for their money and basically bully or push them out of business. They started following stores in a span of 3 years.

1. Atlanta luxury motors. Roswell
2. Gwinnett luxury motor. Duluth
3. Marietta luxury motors. Marietta
4. Atlanta luxury motors. Buford
5. Platinum luxury cars. Canton
6. Georgia best motor. Alpharetta
7. Kar planet. Stone mountain.
8. Gwinnett Suzuki.

This is a network of mafia style con artist who are white washing this money. The licenses for these businesses are held by friends and family of Kush and Kash and don't be fooled by the names. It makes me sick to see criminals excel using dirty tactics and basically get ahead in life at the cost of honest hard working people. To top it they have the audacity to monopolize the whole used car business if Atlanta.
