Jamie Thomas should be ashamed for even thinking of suing Sea world for his own negligance.. if he would have educated his daughter on how to feed them.. this would never have happened.. rather than suing.. he should make a public apology for his own negligence.. the camera showed the girl showing off.. the dolphins are there for two things.. to be awed at and fed.. it was the fault of of the child for holding the container up for the dolphin to see.. and the camera person for not telling her not to do that... this family should be ashamed for even speaking about suing Sea world.. clearly they are looking for a payout..

I would have to say that SeaWorld did NOTHING wrong and that Jamie Thomas is in the wrong. I agree with the post above mine that Jamie Thomas and his family should HAVE to make a public apology for their negligence. Dolphins are not vicious animals at all. I really hope that SeaWorld has a really good attorney and that they (SeaWorld) sue the heck out of the parents for their stupidness. They (Thomas family) are acting like complete idiots.

The girl was responsible for her injuries if there were any. They were told what to do. She did not follow directions. Sea World is NOT liable. I agree with the two comments above mine.
