Sky West fares

I really want to support our new provider of air service, Sky West, in Alpena. Today's listed fare for an early March flight to Orlando, not at Easter, is currently $611. Airfare out of Flint is $251. I have another booking for early November, booked while Delta was still the carrier, which cost $285.
The current cost on Sky West is not competitive.

Then fly with whom you want to fly with. I personally think its cheaper than it used to be, as i fly once every two months. But that is me.

Do you freakin idiots have a common sense? The airline is still affiliated with Delta, the only price change is from Alpena to Detroit. You can get a different price every time you go online.
For those of us that fly a couple of times a month its common sense. Those of you who do not have the $$ to fly one way out of Alpena, I'm sure the rest of us would chip in, to get you all the hell out of town.
