Portland fire chief, mayor reach negotiated agreement on fire bureau cuts

Four rapid response vehicles will not replace, but be added to four Portland fire stations to alleviate the heavy call loads at those locations, under an agreement the chief negotiated with the mayor.
Do the math they are not adding anything. Still cutting just the mayor trying to pull one over on the citizens. Where would the savings be if he didn't cut anything? Cutting 2 trucks and 2 engines. Doesn't seem like there adding to anything.
