Early release for inmates that have served at least 5 years or half of their sentence. It would save so much money that can help victims and go into real rehabilitation.
Also home detention for early release last year or two of time, Job training, work release. Lots of possibilities that could help imates adjust to being a productive part of society when they return from prison.
