God is omnipresent. He cannot be taken out of the schools since He is present everywhere. A student who believes in God is filled with the Spirit and no one can do anything about that. The problem is indoctrination. Does one group have the right to force what they believe on another group? I don't think that they do. Instruction about God should be left to the family and the Church. If you try to force what you believe on my child you will experience my wrath.
Well said. Humans naturally seek a "higher power". Whether it be Christ, Buddah,Islam, Jehovah, or Rasta, we all deep down inside want to believe in a God. Please don't call me wrong for believing in a differently named God than yours. If my God leads me in " the path of righteousness", then isn't that what all religions preach? The Christian doctrine is less than 2500 years old. There are other religions that are much older, and have remained as leaders in the world of believers, with millions of followers. Who's to say they are wrong? The Christian Bible teaches many of the same doctrines that the Islamics believe, as well as Buddhists, Rastafarians, and others. Could it be that the Christians have plagiarized other religions? Again, teach my child how to read, write, spell, and do math. Let me give him his spiritual guidance. Teachers are not qualified to do so, unless they have degrees in theology. I AM in favor of kids praying before the school day, but not to a prescribed religion that they may not believe in..

All I can say, and have said before, is that each of you better hope you are right in your beliefs in the end. That is all that will matter. Jesus said, "every knee shall bow....". I know whose side I am on. And if I am wrong what have I lost?

God is with everyone everyday, Put God back in schools and the kids today might just not end up in prison. I think all schools should have a preacher talk about God and his great blessing to every student for at least an hour a day.
WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE !!!!! And in today's world we all need God.
