Why are people being obnoxious? The owner of a local business wants feedback from his customers about how to improve his service to them, and only one person has a real response? I don't live anywhere near this store so I don't go there and don't have an answer myself, but surely some other people do. This site can actually be helpful, you know, it doesn't have to just be a place people can come to get their hate on.

He will short change you. Say your change is $5.87 he will give you a 5 and less change than he owes you. Most ppl don't count their change they just stick it in their pocket and leave. Doesn't sound like much but 20-40 cents per customer adds up.
