1 Exactly. Any intelligent lawyer is going to argue that the jury was prejudiced by all the folks in the gallery with buttons, signs, and t-shirts. Absolutely grounds for an appeal and possible re-trial. Sad situation yes. Wear the t-shirts fine.....but not in the courtroom. If you value the memories of the victims you'd leave the gear home so that your not part of the giant loophole. |
