The freak your talking about is my brother,just to let you know since you think you know so much about my family it was at my house on 5th Ave. in DesMoines that they were able to get the evidents they needed to make any kind of arrest.We have all gone threw hell because of the choices that J.D. made that night.You dont know the whole story and have no right to judge the entire family based on what you know. My boys and I are not freaks and none of us has any kind of criminal history. You dont know what your talking about, so if I were you I would keep my mouth shut you dont know me, and have no right to speak about me or my boys in the manner you have. MAYBE BETTER PARENTING AND SUPERVISION WOULD HAVE HELPED. WE ALL WANT TO TRUST THAT OUR CHIDREN ARE BEING HONEST, HOWEVER, JUNKIES DO NOT DO HONEST. THEY PLAY A GAME CALLED MANIPULATION. MY ADVICE IS THIS, DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE GAME, AS YOU WILL BE THE ONE HURT IN THE END. AS FAR AS CHARLES AND J.D. I THINK THEY SHOULD BOTH SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES BEHIND BAR AND EVEN THAT WOULD NOT BE JUSTICE. I KNOW THAT I WOULD BE AGAINST THEM LIVING IN MY TOWN AS WOULD MOST OF THE RESIDENTS OF THIS TOWN.

OKAY JUST BECAUSE A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS MAKE THE WRONG CHOICES DOES NOT MEAN THE FAMILY AS A WHOLE SHOULD BE CONDEMED. IT TAKES A REAL LOOSER TO CLEAN THE DIRTY DIAPERS OUT OF SOME ONE ELSES BACK YARD BEFORE THEY CLEAN UP THEIR OWN.
I ALSO KNOW SOME OF THESE FAMILY MEMBERS, I LOVE THEM AS WELL AS SUPPORT THEM IN EVERY WAY THAT I POSSIBLY CAN. I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
I FEEL THAT PEOPLE SHOULD LEARN ABOUT THE POWER THAT ADDICTION HAS OVER A PERSON, PERHAPS THEN YOU WOULD NOT BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE. ANOTHER WORDS, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AS YOU ODVIOUSLY KNOW NOTHING!!!

I gotta agree that a MAJORITY of the family are freaks for sure.......am familiar with these men, one sister and dave the brother....all really wacked out on the "meth" for the most part, and yeah, that colors your world, but they started out bad.........way before the drugs.....believe it.

Yes we are all entitled to our thougths amd the freedom to express them and thats just what i did. So EXCUSE ME for doing just what you said we are all entitled to. And just to let you know my thoughts on your statement you made "junkies do not do honest" Chuck was honest thats why he will not spend the rest of his life in prison. And just to set the record stright Im not blind my eyes are wide open life is a game of manipulation so "we" all play the game not just they. I know that Chuck was wrong there is no excuse for the pain that he caused the Patchin family.My heart goes out to them all and always will. My advice to you is open your eyes and look around at your on family and if all you see are angels go to the eye doctor and get yourself a pair of glass,

hey all of this wasnt chucks fault, most of it was J.D. fault. so dont blame it on one person alot of people r to be blamed for this incident since JD stabed him first, if he never was a drug dealer this would have never happend or if he never did drugs nothing would have happend

I want your family to know that while I do not excuse Chuck for his actions, I am grateful that he came clean and testified. I admit that I was very afraid to see him for the first time when he took the stand, but I quickly learned his part in what happened. JD dragged him into this. JD had the motive, not Chuck. I do not place blame on the entire family. I place the blame on JD and Chuck.

Rochelle- I appreciate your kind words. Please don't feel apologetic for someone else's actions. My family has a sense of forgiveness for Chuck- because he confessed and is remorseful. But we will probably never forgive JD.

i hope u all realize that all of your ridiculous fighting just makes thigs 100% worse, u try to make us fell like we did something wrong and that there is something that we're suppose to do about it! We didnt do anything, they did, that was totaly out of our control. I dont see no one here talking about dave but since you brought him up i will, DAVE IS A NO GOOD M.F hes a liar and a thief and the money that J.D. stold from Jesse went right to him because he demanded his money back for the dope that jesse sold him the night he was killed if Dave wouldnt have thrown the fit the way he did and steped on J.Ds pride and accepted the lost as part of the drug game like a man instead of acting like a baby the way he did maybe jesse would still be alive today jesse made J.D look like a fool to his uncle dave not Chuck like everybody thinks Chuck didnt give a dam so what now waiting to here back from you
