ALLIANCE, Ohio -- A grieving mother lunges at a woman in an Alliance courtroom. Only Fox 8 cameras were rolling when Stacy Goodwin attacked the woman who is accused of playing a part in her daughter's drinking related death.

i cannot condone the mothers action, by law, but as a parent i can understand it, and i would have probably done the same, this is what i think, the punishments that the judicial system gives out, should be old fashion, eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, if found guilty, the should also dye, im sick of people doin wrong and getting off

It's true Carri life ended that evening because it was more important to "have big fun" than anything and the two woman are ulltimately responsible for the ending, but as the father had stated at the end of the clip, which is not shown in this video,it all began with "the assault" in the military and the total lack of support from the chain of command. I watch a girl go from being totaly gung ho about going to serve her country one minute, to counting the days until she was out. I believe in justice (full justice) and I believe everyone should be held accountable.

i am luke james noling's aunt tammi goodwin he is just angry and distraught right now and can not held reliable for his actions.Here is the blatant truth,Carrie would not have wanted any of this to be happening.We all lost a loved one that night and instead of fighting and calling each other names we should be consoling one another.Lori wasnt Stacy's friend she was Stacy's soldier according to Stacy herself so not only has Stacy lost her daughter she also lost her best friend and little sister as well.This was a horrible tragedy and i am not going to add to it I just wish my so called family would do the same.

I have one question. Why are people saying stuff about Bob the one lori lived with but no long is there? I know for a fact that he did not post anything on here the reason I know that is because one he does not have a computer and he was at work all day.
