Do you think Alliance will really grow in 5 years

The town of Alliance actually thinks we will grow. The officials of this town are the reason why it won't. They keep funding buildings/pools that start falling apart within 2 years...We have two non lodging businesses open 24 hrs a day, compared to like 5 businesses 30 years ago. We have 4 Mexican food restaurants, 1 expensive country club, 3 homestyle cooking avenues, and 2 oriental food businesses. Our own town government doesn't let capitalism (the economic root of this country) to even come in. If a business can't compete than it won't sell...right now friends of mine go Bluffs and Chadron for shopping because they save money...its not time for supporting locals when the economy is in its shape. I want to know how many people agree.
