The LVRA and local slumlords as well as the lawyers and code officials that make these people live in uninhabitable hovels as such. These people should have to allocate a percetage of the proceeds reaped because of the tranfers preinspection sales that never happened. Flopping in the city must be stopped unless the house flopped meets the highest standarts.

Let's see,, They get food stamps, rent assistance, public assistance, free food from the food pantry, SS disability, free clothing and furniture from the church, free day care in school for the kids who have kids, free lunch program in school, free breakfast program in school, free health care, free book bags for school and free transportation to a job that they never want or will never take. And the list goes on and on and on and on. But that's not enough. Get more, use the kids as pawns to solicit for money on the street. The more kids you have the more money you get.

Well, that is the way the state and federal give away programs work anyway. The more kids you have, the more you get.

Good post! The problem with this city is an easy fix if they would limit the hand outs and rentals. I pray they dont move onto my block....I have enough problems already

Don't worry with allentowns home rule inspection charter the slumlords we a know members of the LVRA will be able to slopp some paint on them and they will be up for rent again? All the slumlords will have to do is hire Blighton Cohen to subcontract Ryan CONradd and his pole jumper done deal. Rentable blighted properties under the federal HUD program?
