LVPG / National Recovery Agency

Apparently the LVPG's (Lehigh Valley Hospital's doctors) prior collection agency was failing them. They claim they were not doing their job. So many people who are or were patients at an LVPG practice have begun to receive "friendly greetings" from National Recovery Agency in Harrisburg, PA.
Yes for bills that go back to 2011. Have a question, call them and they will probably hang up on you. A lot more efficient than answering your questions.
So either pay up or go back and get out your old bills and cancelled receipts. Refuse to pay, then you simply receive a bad credit rating. That is all there is to it.
Don't bother to call LVPG they are just as arrogant and equally lacking in compassion. Odd for a company whose tag line is a "passion for better medicine" or should that be a "passion for more money.
LVPG where every visit is a challenge reconciling communications between patient, physician and computer. Does your physician talk to you through the computer? Odd isn't it. Now if they could only get the electronic medical records right. A great plan in theory but a failure in execution.
