Guess all the scum from Jersey ran out of buildings to paint?? Cops should have shot immediatly kill the idiots and set an example for the rest. Dont be a hero, and try to apprehend them, either shoot right away or run over them. Bottom line, police officers dont get hurt, shoot the crimminal right away before they hurt you..

What a wonderful bunch of New Jersey trash! I hope they throw away the key on the lot of them. If this isn't a wake up call as to what all of us are dealing with these days then I don't know how bad things gotta slide. This $hit is concentrated in Allentown it seems, but it is just society on the whole that must put up with the houligans. Lock them up, they don't deserve to walk the streets with us human beings!

Find out which hand is dominant on Self......then remove that hand......chop it off with no pain killers administered....he obviously likes reaching for things that are not his....so lets solve the issue once and for all.

Nah, they should shoot first, ask questions later. Too bad the cops in Allentown are too afraid of getting sued.

Well I can't believe your wonderful mayor hasn't called for your removal, but I am proud that the Allentown Police force is on the job, and you should be proud that you captured these jerks(jerks is my word for jacka$$e$). My inclination would've been to just blow all three of them away. I am glad you have restraint. Once again, we are proud of you.

yes thats a great idea after being hit in the head with a brick from this piece of $hit the officer could protect himself with a tazer. mr. Self was going for his gun to try and elminate the threat of him going back to jail (open warrants...)---you've been listening to bobby gunther walch too much.-

Not afraid of being sued....but definitely and justifiably afraid of being fired....remember Guth?

And where were you in any effort to have him reinstated?

you know, most of the APD are pretty good guys. But a couple of them are really stupid and bullies.
Never-the-less,
this is a darned shame and I don't know this Hendricks, per se, but if he is of the majority that are decent guys, well then I hope the guy who hurt him does some real time for this act of viciousness which in truth could have killed this cop.

In the least several of APD's finest should have been given a free hand in teach mr. self a lesson in respecting peace officers.
In NYC one would never think of raise their hand to NYPD or he'd end up with a boom shoved up his ass.
Raise taxes and hire more police.

Why couldn't that stray bullet find its way the forehead of this p.o.s. Now we have another burden for the tax payers to have to pay for while he sits in prison. Garbage nothing but garbage, I say take out the garbage and make a pile so these other thugs can see what they have coming. Oh, and just for the record I don't give a damn about this P.O.S. broken family. In his defense I would say he should have died as a child and then he wouldn't have been there in the first place.

Sorry, but if a police officer identifies himself and you run from him, you must be afraid of going to jail for something. I would have no problem if the officer had shot him.
