Could you finally answer one simple question of mine: since you claim to know so much about the Allentown Diocese and myself, how often do you make the four-hour commute from Washington DC to the geographical boundries of the Allentown Diocese to make your investigations?
Or are you just a rabid bigot?

Have you noticed the police report in the New York Daily News about the rabbi that was being prosecuted for having sex with his own daughter when she was 9 to 18? What have you got to say about Jews?
And there are all the police reports in the Morning Call about Protestant clergy, and just in this year alone--sexual abuse of youngsters, not just exposing yourself. What rabid remarks do you make about that?

Shenke. We are NOT protestant! you ARE A challenged one. These are OUR churches---taken by a crooked chancery that is STILL COVERING UP SEX CRIMES LIKE CULLEN DID IN PHILADELPHIA. We also have a college, Desales, that has a theologian who states in writing that bishop cullen should be removed immediately. This spineless theologian then gets a call from the diocese and now is trying to deny his original missive.
The whole diocese and their sycophants should be thrown out. WE DONT WANT OR NEED THEM.

NO $ TO THE CHURCH...WE ARE THE STREET WORSHIPPERS...WE, UNLIKE OUR CLERGY, LOVE THE CHRIST...

Lansford priest accused of lewd act at nude NJ beach

ASSOCIATED PRESS

LANSFORD, Pa.- A Roman Catholic priest was charged with public lewdness at a nude beach in New Jersey over the summer, weeks before leaving his post at an eastern Pennsylvania church, a newspaper reported Thursday.

Parishioners at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Carbon County were told that Monsignor Lawrence J. Bukaty, 58, stepped down as their pastor in late July for health reasons.

Court documents indicate that Bukaty was charged with public lewdness in June after a park ranger saw him fondling himself at clothing-optional Gunnison Beach in Sandy Hook, N.J., The Morning Call of Allentown reported.

Bukaty pleaded guilty July 30 to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct and agreed to pay a $525 fine and stay out of Sandy Hook, according to court records.

Matt Kerr, a spokesman for the Diocese of Allentown, said parishioners were told that Bukaty stepped down for health reasons because the priest does indeed have health problems.

Kerr said Bukaty is in a treatment center, but could not say what kind of treatment he's getting. He said he wasn't aware of any other allegations of wrongdoing against Bukaty, who was ordained in 1976 and named a monsignor by Pope Benedict XVI in February.

In addition to his post in Lansford, Bukaty has served churches in Emmaus and Mahanoy City and was a teacher at a Catholic high school in Ashland.

The Church is a large and inviting target. It, unlike other faiths, is also perfectly acceptable to attack for its tenets. Ho hum. A relative few degenerates within the billion-plus faith are evidence enough of complete sinistry.

By the same bitter logic, Blacks are animals, Jews are crafty and stingy, Irish are drunks, Italians are greasy, Polish stupid ....

We've seen this movie before. Socially acceptable bigotry is still bigotry.

Cullen should resign. The monsignori living "dual lives" should be removed--especially the one now at St. Anthony, Easton. Talk about common thievery and deception! Friends of ours in the coal region tell us what that character did as dean; wiped out all resources of every parish he could get his self-seeking, glory hungry hands on. Then went to Allentown for his rewards. Shameful, sinful! The people were robbed of everything. Cullen and his monsignori must be held accountable.

No, I think he is a person who sees the Allentown Diocese for what it is: a deceptive group of self-centered, overly-ambitious, totally worldly people who disregard the flock they are called to serve. The AD has lost all sense of its mission. It is a good ole boy network, an arrogant and money hungry group. The AD loathes the laity, and seeks only $$$. This is what Richard is trying to say here: the AD is peopled by hypocrites and con artists. How many institutions who deal with the public routinely lock their doors to people and disregard legitimate, written communications expressing valid concerns? The Allentown Diocese causes mistrust. The synod was a disaster; the sale of church assets is a despicably transparent money grab. The abuse of children is real. Cullen's role in the coverups in the Philadelphia Archdiocese is a fact. Ask the grand jury. You are greatly mistaken. Richard speaks for many. And, I do not get the impression you do. Sorry.

If Richard is obsessed, as you think, then it may be caused by the fact that the Roman Catholic Faith is being destroyed by the antics of the Allentown Diocese. Maybe your parish is intact. That may explain your mistaken notion of what is being expressed here. Do you respect a leader who covers up abuse of children by clergy? Do you respect the money grab by the diocese to pay the poor victims who should rightly be compensated for the suffering caused by errant clergy? Pants around the ankles---look to the good ole boy network that covers up the sordid and sick abuse of innocence.

And, it should be apparent by now that there is a correlation between the sex abuse settlements and the MASSIVE SUPPRESSION OF VIABLE PARISHES IN THE A.D. And, must we remind you again, defenders of Cullen and his monsignori, the worst buildings were kept; the best put up for sale. Can you say valuable assets? The heck with saving souls. They save their own hides. The people are suffering. They loved and cherished and supported their parishes. Now all is lost in one greedy, deceptive, dishonest grab.

Shenke, I have just discussed your posts with a leading Jewish Rabbi in the area. I and he thinks you have slammed the Jews enough on this Board. He will be in touch with the diocese relative to you----you prejudiced [email protected]

You are exactly what the corrupt thieves at the AD breed. This whole AD is like a vermin infested pit. Christ would throw you all out and that includes you James. Behind your damned gated door with a buzzer and a bunch of wardens all the while the guards of the Bank laugh at all of you fools.

Also for your information Mahindend, those posts I put up were just from SOME of the Pennsylvania papers and did not include them all and did N OT include the New Jersey papers. The AD caused this. Do we deserve to look like fools and perverts because of the AD lavenders?? I for one am sick of it. I have had it with the denials that the root cause of all the closings is that the church is going broke because it is full of deviates who incur millions of dollars in payoffs for their acts. Then we are treated like dumb parishoners who need not know more. If we go to our AD we are met by baby Jaindl. What a f$$king joke this has become.
