New Allentown water lease bids allow larger rate hikes, less money to city
Four months ago, Allentown officials said if the city leases its water and sewer systems to a private operator, caps would be set on how much rates could increase .

Over the years the FED allocated said monies for maintence and upkeep that the shell trick and now city officials want to lease a public utility and the recipiants will be responsble for local officials neglegence of allocated FED monies¿ This all because the present day king had his hand in the public servants pension plans from the very bigining of allentowns economic demise because of putting plastic were cash would have sificed¿
